Purpose:
At Argon Group, we are expanding our team and are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join the Human Resources, Health and Safety at Work and Facilities departments.
Description:
To help make the organisation an excellent place to work through simple, efficient and people-centred HR, Health and Safety, and Facilities processes.
Manage the administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and other processes;
Oversee training, performance appraisal, career management and the development of our staff;
Participate in recruitment and selection processes;
To ensure the smooth running of HR administrative processes and the updating of information, databases, documentation and systems;
Monitor occupational health and safety processes, including occupational medicine, PPE, documentation and preventive measures;
Monitor the management of premises, maintenance and suppliers;
Contribute to the digitisation, organisation and continuous improvement of the department’s processes.
Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a similar field; candidates with relevant technical or vocational qualifications may also be considered;
Experience in HR would be an advantage;
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and proficiency in using digital tools;
Intermediate English;
An organised, meticulous and proactive individual who is approachable and has a passion for processes and continuous improvement;
