Description:
Get hands-on with structured cabling projects: fibre optics, copper, racks, the full ecosystem.
Provide technical support and training to both customers and internal teams. Yes, you need to be able to explain things clearly.
Collaborate on the creation of technical content: articles, guides, and whatever else helps the industry better understand what we do.
Stay up to date with standards and regulations (ISO, CENELEC) without falling asleep halfway through.
Solve real problems, with real customers, not exam simulations.
Requirements:
Higher education degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field;
Knowledge of telecommunications and structured cabling systems;
Ability to understand, operate and interpret results from cabling certification equipment;
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both customers and internal teams;
Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
Willingness to learn, proactivity, organisation and a collaborative mindset;
Customer-oriented, with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Nice To have:
Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field;
Professional experience in roles related to telecommunications, structured cabling or technical support;
Knowledge of or training in ITED, ITUR, and other industry standards or regulations;
Pedagogical Skills Certificate (CCP);
Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies;
Knowledge of Spanish and/or French.
