Sales Representative Spain

Argon Group is a company that operates in a B2B context in the telecommunications – infrastructure – and electrical material market, promoting its two own brands (barpa and Arvi) in the national and international market. Purpose:

Argon Group is looking for someone passionate about sales and the telecommunications sector, with energy, ambition, and the drive to grow in the commercial world.

Description:

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening the barpa team in Spain, directly contributing to the brand’s consolidation in the market.

About the Role:
You will work as a Sales Representative in Spain. You will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities. How? By visiting clients and potential clients, and representing the brand at trade fairs, meetings, and training sessions.

Role Purpose:
To support the strategic growth of barpa in Spain by acquiring new clients, developing commercial opportunities, and strengthening the brand’s presence, significantly increasing Spain’s contribution to the Group’s global sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business prospecting and opportunity development
• Sales follow-up and pre-sales activities
• CRM management and commercial organization
• Market and product knowledge
• Team collaboration and planning
• Conducting training sessions for clients or partners
• Promoting the Group’s brands and participating in trade fairs

Requirements:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• University degree (Management, International Relations, Engineering or similar) [preferred]
• Solid experience in sales
• Alignment with the company’s purpose, values, and organizational culture
• Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and empathy
• Willingness to learn, grow, and exceed goals
• Preferably based in:
– Levante area (Barcelona; Valencia)
– Central and Northern area (Madrid)
• Availability to travel regularly
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Resilience and self-motivation
• Strong organizational skills and team spirit
• Professional and well-presented appearance
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Driving license
