Argon Group recognized among the top performers in the People Engagement Survey

Argon Group achieved 8th place among 577 small companies in the People Engagement Survey promoted by CEGOC, a benchmark study in assessing organizational climate and engagement.

The People Engagement Survey, developed with scientific coordination from ISCTE Executive Education, evaluates key dimensions such as organizational engagement, well-being, talent retention, and employee development expectations. These factors are recognized as essential in building strong and sustainable organizational cultures.
