We believe continuous improvement starts from within, with an active, dynamic, and collaborative culture. Since 2021, when we launched our Continuous Improvement project and mindset, we’ve created moments that make us pause, reflect, and align the path we walk together.
With that same spirit, we gathered the team once again for an internal event that has already become a tradition. A moment that reinforces the importance of this mindset and represents another step in building a strong culture focused on constant evolution.
During the Boost event, we revisited achievements, highlighted initiatives and routines that are now part of our daily life, and shared ideas for what lies ahead. We also welcomed the special participation of the Motochanics student team from the University of Aveiro, an inspiring example of how innovation, dedication, and the drive to go further take shape when there’s purpose.
This moment once again showed that Continuous Improvement is not a destination. It’s a mindset that runs across all areas, teams, and brands of the Group. It’s about challenging what we already do well and finding new ways to keep growing.
