Description:

We’re hiring an International Sales Representative for the European market (excluding Spain). This role is part of the Argon Group’s internationalization strategy, representing two fast-growing brands:
BARPA – Technical solutions for structured cabling: copper, fiber and racks for telecommunications and IT.
ARVI – Electrical consumables: cable ties, terminals, ferrules and industrial accessories.

About the role

You’ll work as an International Sales Representative focused on Europe (excluding Spain). This is a highly dynamic position, where you’ll be travelling 60% to 70% of the month, visiting clients and prospects, developing markets, and representing the brand at trade shows, meetings and training sessions.

Role purpose

To grow the portfolio of clients and high-value partnerships across Europe, following a country-based growth strategy, and to significantly increase the impact of international sales within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up with international clients
  • Prospect and acquire new clients and build high-value partnerships
  • Plan and execute international visits
  • Keep the CRM system rigorously updated
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals
  • Promote the Group’s brands and take part in international trade fairs
  • Deliver training sessions to clients or partners
  • Monitor sales metrics and support the definition of commercial strategy

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • University degree in Management, International Relations, Engineering or similar (preferred)
  • Experience in sales
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – other European languages are a plus
  • Alignment with the organisation’s purpose, values, and culture
  • Excellent communication skills, friendliness and empathy
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and exceed goals
  • Availability to travel regularly
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Resilient and self-motivated
  • Well-organised and enjoys teamwork
  • Professional and polished appearance
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Valid driver’s licence
