Purpose:
Argon Group is looking for a Junior R&D Product Developer to strengthen its R&D team, supporting the development and evolution of its product portfolio and contributing to the innovation and sustainable growth of its brands.
Description:
What you will do:
Develop and technically oversee R&D projects, from the conceptual phase through validation and product launch;
Participate in the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones, contributing to the innovation and competitiveness of the portfolio;
Support applied research activities related to products, market needs, and industry trends;
Develop, analyze, and validate prototypes, samples, and technical solutions;
Analyze and translate technical, regulatory, legal, and market requirements into product features and specifications;
Define technical and quality requirements and monitor their implementation throughout development, production, and incoming inspection;
Support product inspection, validation, and technical follow-up activities;
Manage and update certifications for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legal requirements;
Prepare, update, and manage product technical documentation (e.g., datasheets, manuals, and other related documentation);
Manage and keep the technical information of existing products up to date;
Participate in brainstorming, benchmarking, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities, collaborating with different departments throughout the product development process.
Requirements:
Profile we are looking for:
Proactivity, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and strong communication skills;
Interest in product development and applied research;
Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn continuously;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking;
Ability to work with planning, defined goals, and a results-driven mindset;
Higher education degree in Engineering or a similar technical field (Industrial Engineering and Management, Materials, Quality, Mechanical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related areas);
Interest in production processes, manufacturing technologies, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen);
Ease of use with IT tools (Office 365, Excel) and project management tools;
Experience or interest in technical drawing and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD);
Good command of English, both spoken and written;
Knowledge or experience in areas such as telecommunications, structured cabling, Power BI, ASANA, or ERP systems (e.g., SAGE X3) will be valued, but is not mandatory.
