How are we creating a greater awareness of sustainability?
Through the Turn Green initiative, an internal program aimed at raising awareness and encouraging our employees to adopt responsible and environmentally conscious practices, providing the tools and knowledge needed to become active agents in preserving our planet.
Our actions combine theory and practice, reflecting our commitment to a more sustainable future through initiatives such as:
- Transitioning the fleet to electric vehicles
- Complying with ISO 14001:2015 standards
- Digitizing processes to optimize resources
- Reducing plastic and implementing the 5R (refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle, rot)
- Installing photovoltaic panels to reduce CO2 emissions
- Repackaging project for the products’ packaging from our brands
- Training and creating internal dynamics on various sustainability topics
Inspire to transform
Sustainability is embedded in our culture and supported by the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) dynamics. Through an active committee, training and concrete initiatives, we create a positive impact on the environment, social responsibility and corporate ethics, both inside and outside the workplace.
With workshops, practical tips and accessible resources, we provide the support and knowledge needed for everyone to adopt more conscious behaviors, transforming simple daily actions into meaningful long-term impacts. We believe that true change starts with each individual, and we aim to be one of the driving forces that inspires and empowers employees to make these choices, contributing to real and lasting change.
Re-packaging: sustainability that protects and innovates
This project reflects our dedication to minimizing our environmental impact, without compromising the safety and performance of our brands' solutions.
To achieve this, we have been reducing the amount of cardboard and plastic used in product packaging, as well as replacing plastic bags with PLA (corn-based polyamide) packaging, a 100% compostable material.
The Re-packaging project represents a step forward on our path to a more sustainable future.
